HHO Stainless Steel Plates

I built this out of 16 gauge SS plating with a piece of acrylic in-between the plates. The negative and positive don't touch. I did get some bubbles that were combustible by using a 12 volt 6 amp car battery charger. My problem is that the steel is getting stained. I did use allot of oil during the drilling of the holes but I only wiped them off with a towel to get the oil off. As the bubbles start to form on the top of the tube there is a brown oily film that starts to form. Is there a way to get oil off this and clean the stains or do I got to take it apart and hand clean them one at a time. This was putting out allot of HHO...I will see what it can do tomorrow when it is totally cleaned off...I hope someone can tell me how to clean this without having to take it all apart. The Star of David design will take out the Muslim money machine. Just a funny twist
